Edwin Viveros
Originally from Tulum, Q.roo, from a very young age he was passionate about local and traditional Mayan gastronomy, he led a small restaurant in the coastal area of Tulum, being responsible for the creation of the menu and kitchen supervisor, with 6 years of experience. With experience and a lot of dedication, it was decided to create this project with Alfredo and thus share experiences and unique dishes from the region.

Alfredo Pech
Born in Yucatan, he has always been interested in traditional Mayan gastronomy, fusing the art of haute cuisine, his extensive knowledge of local and unique ingredients from the region creating unique experiences for each diner. With more than 20 years behind him, he has worked in luxury resorts and restaurants in the coastal area, being in charge and awarded for his leadership and performance.
